SAKURA Japanese Restaurant, located on the ground floor of the Millennium Harbourview Hotel Xiamen, reopened recently after getting a facelift.

The recently renovated restaurant features a traditional Japanese style blended with a modern touch. Sophisticated solid wood elements are extensively used in the interior decoration while a rough stone wall brings an edgy twist. The soft lighting gives the bar a fresh, bright look.

SAKURA mainly provides teppanyaki food with high-quality ingredients. Guests can enjoy the food while watching meat and seafood sizzling on the hot steel plates in front of them. A variety of Japanese favorites such as sushi, sashimi, and tempura are on offer.

Master Chef Luke Wang has over 20 years of experience in Japanese cooking.
